How do I change or cancel an order?

You can cancel an order within a short window after placing it by visiting your order history. Once the order has moved to the 'Prepared for shipment' status, it can no longer be canceled, but you may return it once received.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You may also use Google Pay or apply for Google Store Financing on eligible purchases.

Do my Google products come with a warranty?

Yes, all new Google hardware devices come with a limited manufacturer's warranty. This typically covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of original retail purchase.

Does the Google Store offer price matching?
